New toilet accessories!

This week I visited our new office in Malmö. It is a really novel working environment which the designers are very proud of and so they should be - it's amazing!
It has a "base camp" of hot desks for each functional department, 58 meeting rooms, cushions on the stairs to sit on, multiple spaces with varying seating/desk facilities and a whole row of loan bicycles that can be used to cycle to the local store/shopping centre.
One thing I thought was pretty cool, was the new toilet accessory that can be found in each cubicle next to the toilet roll holder. Can you guess what it is?
It took me a few looks to see what it was for.
