Service Station In Bayern

Oddly, I don't think of it as Bavaria at all.  It is Bayern.

So first day of our holiday and we headed off to Regensburg.  And after a couple of hours we stopped at a service station.  This is their outdoor seating area.  You can tell it has class because it has cushions.  It has a very David Lynch feel to it oder?

Where they had no class was in their cynical price gouging.

We bought nothing and wended our merry way to Regensburg.  A very pretty city.  Lots of buildings from the middle ages and more churches than there are days of the year.

Sadly, they're repairing the main bridge in the middle of the city and will be doing so for a good few years to come.  That's Ok, We'll come back.
