No. 9 Church Street

We had a fairly light agenda for today: a boat trip in the morning; a leisurely pub lunch; an afternoon break (utilised variously for blogging, running and napping); and then a proper meal out in the evening.

Bob had chosen No. 9 Church Street as our venue, which was, it turned out, a good choice. The restaurant itself was pleasingly cosy, the staff were very friendly, and the food was amazing. It has to be said, though, that progress through our nine course taster menu did slow as the evening drew on, possibly because the restaurant was so busy. That small grumble aside, though, I'd strongly recommend it.
