Autumn colours

Not feeling too good this morning, I've got a cold.   I went to the doctors in Pontypool with B in the morning as we were due for our yearly check-up.   I was pleased my blood pressure was OK as usually as soon as I walk into the doctor's surgery it goes up, I suffer with "white coat" syndrome.  We did a shop in Farm Foods and then popped into Tesco's where we had a coffee before buying our groceries.  I took my blip in Griffithstown when I was doing the school run.
