I had an excellent day out today at Westonbirt Arboretum with G and our cameras. There was glorious sunshine in the morning, if it was a wee bit chilly! In fact, the extreme brightness made taking photos quite difficult, so we took more close ups of leaves this year as in one of the extras.
We also came across about five patches of lots of fungi close together, one patch is shown in the other extra. The colours were fantastic and I was almost tempted to tone them down when editing, but left them as vibrant as the camera captured. A wonderful autumn day.
