Autumn Day in Ilkley

Daughter and Son in Law down in London overnight so we've moved into their house for the night to look after the girls with least disruption as its school in the morning.
This afternoon Mr P went to hear a talk by Ranulf Fiennes in Ilkley as part of the current literature festival being held here.
I took the chance to walk around the town but didn't get a blip even though l took plenty of photographs on a dull damp day.
Collected the girls from school and dropped one off for her ballet class and as its near the river took the opportunity to take this autumnal scene.
Pizza for dinner and an early night, we're all tired. One more week and it's half term for them but a much longer break for me... I'm retiring!

Just in case anyone remembers yesterday's blip, the alpacas remind Mr P of Zoe Ball, when she's bobbing about on the Strictly show she does on TV,
