Resilience in autumn glow

I'm impressed with the Aconites (Monkshoods) in my garden. They bloom so late in the summer, and they endure the frost we have in the mornings now.
When I look at them frozen and bending, I think they are dying, but then the sun warm them up and they keep up the good work on cheering me up :-)

Sorry for the lack of commenting. I have been sick a week now with one of the children's disease.
