And then there was jelly

I remembered that I had planted the crab apple tree so that I could make rowan berry jelly. I am pleased to show off my very first batch of beautifully red and clear rowan berry jelly.  50/50 crab apples and rowan berries.
According  to one food website "the stunning red berries are packed with vitamin A and C. They make fabulous jellies for a breakfast treat, to serve with roast lamb, venison and undeniably good with Wensleydale Cheese."
