Painterly Abstract

I have been taking this online photography course and this was this weeks assignment.  Playing with a filter, slow shutter speeds and the zoom to create this effect.  I have put what I think is the original in extras, or at least something close to the original.  It kind of throws all the rules of photography out the window, clear focus, motion blur but it was kind of fun.
