Here we go again!

A kiss in the park in the rain

It rained virtually all day today, so a perfect museum day. Th, K and I spent the morning at Orsay and the afternoon in the Orangerie. The Misia exhibit at the Musée d'Orsay was very good. I didn't know much about her and was glad to learn... she was associated with Bonnard, Vuillard, Vallotton, Ravel, Stravinsky, Coco Chanel, Mallarmé and the circle of La Revue blanche.

J, P, Ch and little J went to the Palais de la découverte and enjoyed it quite a bit too.

This bronze of Rodin's Le Baiser (circa 1889) is in the Tuileries, facing the entrance to the Orangerie. I've done quite a few Rodin related blips these past few months... see them here, here and here.
