Up at 6.30 for breakfast with Harry. Housework, shopping, and gardening before going to parents ready for a delivery of a new tumble dryer. I took a bag of apples with me but couldn't persuade Mum to help prepare them today. I cooked lunch which they enjoyed but then she had another cry. I managed to do her hair too.The tumble dryer arrived about 4 o'clock so a long day.
Home to cook leek and potato soup using some of the veggies from the organic veg box that my brother had sent. Ironing in front of Strictly, then I think I need/deserve a bath with a book.
