Atten-SHUN!!

Today was the Run Or Dye 5K at Hopetoun House. R did a fantastic job and was well rewarded with 2 sausage rolls (last of which are stuffed in his mouth) and a teddy from The Help For Heroes stand.
All proceeds from the run today go to this great charity and this photo of R saluting these men and women fits pretty well into the WBC - heroic.

Just as a PS I had the further 'challenge' of broken boiler when I got home. I'm not saying it was 'heroic' but suffice to say I endured a lovely cold shower to wash off the colour- BRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

PPS- if I could proudly and legitimately post a pic of the Scotland Rugby Team I would! #heroic
