Music from then

Some of my more musically knowledgeable presenter friends (D and R still actively broadcasting after all the decades, one from his houseboat and the other keeping the flame of objective journalism alive in the Eastern Med) have been declaring 7 songs in 7 days. This sent me scrabbling along the vinyl shelves and turned up this delight (artwork by R. Crumb), first heard as a wide-eyed schoolboy. The name above the title is another story, which some of my older radio chums, and Mrs E, will understand. #BFBS
