Ganges at dawn

I got up at 4:45 this morning to spend an hour on the River Ganges as the sun came up. It was well worth it - a fantastic experience, totally ethereal, made even better by seeing the long stream of pilgrims heading down to the river as we headed back for breakfast. Being there is such a massive deal for them. Blipfoto now allow up to an additional 100 photos per year, so I'm using some of these up today to give a bit more of a flavour of what it was like.
