We had friends for lunch....

.....& I made this tart for pudding. I was inordinately pleased with it & it was delicious too. As was the very traditional roast beef with all the bits & pieces!

For those of you who shop at Waitrose it was on the front cover of their September magazine!

We drank lots of Prosecco & had fun.
