Life in a Northern Town

Day 136: - Patchy Fog

A low patch of mist was floating ethereally over the field in the park this morning; it was quite surreal, even more so when a squirrel emerged from the gloom, a long way from the safety of the nearest tree. Fortunately the four legged assassin was tightly leashed or it would have been an ex squirrel for sure.  In fact the park seems to be populated by squirrels with a death wish at the moment - many near misses today. See extras for the dog on squirrel alert (and more fog).

It was one of the most beautiful mornings I can recall in the park ( and there have been many), a "no place I'd rather be" sort of moment.
