Squirrel bridge?

Apparently, above one of the roads I drive along often there is a bridge made especially for squirrels. I have never seen a squirrel on this bridge above the road, which looks rather industrial and modern.
However I have seen this fallen tree over the water and thought that it would make a lovely bridge for passing animals...I haven't seen any on this one either!
