How to say it in Chinese?

Gave some Chinese language session at short notice as the Women Gaelic Team would fly tomorrow to Shanghai, China, for an international competition. I contacted much earlier with the team leader and offered a support but there was no response. However, at the welcome events by chance I met some players and they were quite eager to attend a session and asked if I could do one without going through the normal procedure.

Well, it is never too late to learn. So I made an urgent booking of a room (nobody would tend to schedule a lecture at 9:30 on Monday, honestly) and customised the 'essentials' for them, with a set of online flashcards that can be used as mobile app. It was good to do something on the air, as one said. The girl in green/white stripes even joked that she should copy everything from my brain into her memory ;-). The extra shows the general check list I prepared for them to narrow down the scope but they simply wanted everything and took the whole copies away with them.

Well, welcome back to attend our language classes. But she regretted that she just graduated and would return to the USA and Portugal in Nov.

Well, you know that the Chinese Taster Course is completely online and you can still register  and learn at a distance ;-) Then, she appeared as if she was caught in a trap ;-)))
