Yet Another Boring Food Blip

It's becoming a bit of a habit - my sharing recent creations courtesy of the Hairy Dieters recipe books.

These dishes are actually going down well with Steve which is pretty good as he can be a tad on the fussy side (and that is me underrating his general criticism of my culinary skills).  These efforts do take more time to do than the advertised "prep" and cook times.  I am still talking about this, aren't I?  

There are news reports of this upcoming winter being the worst ever, getting to -15 which I am not looking forward to - hope that they have just got it very wrong!
