Just when you thought it was safe to get back in..

Looking through our Madeira photos, this one brought back some (terrifying) memories! It was a blue shark circling our little inflatable chomping on the chum ball our guides had thrown over to attract little seabirds. It was much too close for comfort, about 12 foot long and with an almighty set of teeth.
I was certainly keeping my toes out of the water!
