Severn Bridges

I was a little bit late setting off for work today but it was a nice sunrise so I took a slight detour to reconnoiter this old road along the river Severn. Both bridges looked lovely in the lighting. The top is the old bridge and apologies for the annoying pylon. Time wasn't on my side! The bottom is the new bridge which I remember being built in the 1990s. At one point the A403 was diverted onto the now motorway and a mini roundabout during construction.
