Sick note

Today I had a Drs appointment, yes on a Sunday! I have what I call a good ear and a bar ear. The good ear I have quite good hearing, the bad ear I have very very little hearing and a hearing implant. For over a week I have noticed I've lost hearing in my good ear :0( So Dr is fast tracking me to ENT. Whilst with the Dr I broke down over that's happened at work and recent events and he signed me off work for a month.
