happy birthday.........

this is one half of my favourite lunchtime duo. this is P who works for G at the cafe i get my lunch from. as it happens it was P's 21st birthday today which she had actually kept quiet about.

well i told you i'd make you famous (well infamous at least) so here is my birthday tribute to you. hope the other half took you somewhere nice tonight.

all in all quite a good day. managed to get the next two days off despite a major staffing shortage, had lunch with a very good friend i haven't been able to meet up with for a long time and spent an hour on the phone with my bro (McShorty) catching up on things. always good to talk to him as i miss not being able to just drop in on him and his better half (and of course the growing family these days) other wise known as the mini hulks. miss you bro.
