Autumn rose 4...

Feeling a bit better again today, but wisely I'd already cancelled my plans for today's Bus Challenge, especially considering the wet weather... The seven hour return bus trip to Salisbury will have to wait until Spring!

Managed to catch up on a few odd jobs this morning, but then this afternoon the settee and that furry, cuddly cat called me back into their clutches... Thankfully this rose had been picked yesterday, before the rain arrived, so no need to go out bumbling around the flower bed...

(This rose is a lovely deep red colour, but no matter what setting or lighting I tried, it came out looking pink. I'll have to leave you to use your imagination...)
