Going, going, gone!

Today we bade a sad farewell to another one of our Consultants after nearly 18 years with us. He's off to travel the world with his wife and we wish him all the best for the future and hope he comes back to visit us soon.

There were speeches, presents, flowers, lots of lovely food and a few tears shed. I'm now on leave until 2nd November so won't feel the full impact of his departure until I return to work. However his retiring will leave a massive space in the Department and we will all miss him tremendously. Happy Retirement Malcolm - enjoy cruising the seven seas with your lovely Rose.
