Out the door at 9.30am, not bad I reckon. Short run/walk. Asda delivery. Weigh-in with community nurse, 5lb2oz - huzzah! Downton episode watched. Blood samples given at doctors. Short browse in a clothes shop. Picked up Ben again. That's Thursday done.
