Three sisters in the meadow

The Black-Eyed Susans living in the wildflower meadow are in bloom here in the Bogs. It's early for them. Everything is early this year.

When I first looked at this image on screen, I was reminded of the Three of Cups card in the Tarot. Traditionally, this Tarot card depicts three women joyfully celebrating, cups raised to toast their accomplishments. Rachel Pollack, in her book Seventy-Eight Degrees of Wisdom, describes the Three of Cups as "sharing the wonder of life."
