The Predator next door...

Not quite sure what this fellow is, but he moved into the neighborhood about 18 months ago. Immediately the neighborhood started to change. Cats quit walking across open yards and became nearly invisible. The stray cat population which used to be quite numerous has nearly vanished. Sparrows and pidgeons are quite skittish. I thought he was a hawk, but bio-boy says falcon? In any case, this is surburban Albuquerque. Not a huge city, but a city nevertheless. He doesn't strike me as a suburban bird.
