Under the Flowering Cherry

The flowering cherry tree in our garden is a picture at the moment. Fresh green leaves are contrasting beautifully with the luscious blossoms. Alas the petals are beginning to fall and look like tiny snow flakes drifting down. The wisteria flowers are dropping as well and every day or so I have been getting out there with the big outdoor vacuum cleaner. It is an extremely noisy piece of equipment and necessitates the wearing of earmuffs while it is roaring away.
