Quiche

With my usual Friday guest out of town and no paid work arranged, I went to the markets and came home laden with kale, beetroot, no-antibiotic free range eggs and other goodies. I loathe the kitchen but managed to make three different types of quiche and a baked beetroot salad. As long as the kids will eat it, the next few days should be easier.
