Ten Foot Pole

There was a time, according to the Reverend Willy G., that one Billy F. Gibbons, esq., with some friends, went trekking in Nepal. The original stated purpose of the trip was to examine some old ethnic music instruments. However, with Billy along, inevitably, it turned into a weeks-long search for the Yeti. Of the trip, Billy said: "I had an encounter with something up there. I don't know what it was, but I wrote a song about it called (I Wouldn't Touch It With A) Ten Foot Pole" 

I felt a bit like Billy this afternoon, when I peered at this pipe:
