Changing Places

42 St Andrew Square is a former Royal Bank building. It is currently being done up as part of the Registers Project which will see a number of the buildings improved and new offices, bars and restaurants being opened.
The building is being used to show off this work of art called "Changing Places" by David Martin. I quite like it!
