Tomoca

The last day of the Facing Africa mission, and traditionally we visit Tomoca, Addis' famous coffee shop to buy a supply of dark roasted beans. The shop is a real institution and usually packed full of people drinking small strong macchiatos.

After this we go up into the Menageshe Hills to the Cheshire Home, where the patients are recuperating. Lots of fun, football and then sad goodbyes. I left not knowing if I will see these people again... Our lives have become so intertwined for an intense fortnight and we become very fond of them all.

Then sad goodbyes to Chis and Terry Lawrence and all the team.

I hate goodbyes :-(
