Turn your back on the garden for a week and nature reasserts itself. Today it has been a battle with slugs, greenfly,whitefly,overblown delphiniums ( I fed them too much and they toppled over ), rabbits which have invaded the garden and nibbled many flowers and grasses.

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I just sat back and let nature take over....anyway, today's blip is of a meconopsis gone to seed. They are doing very well this year , neither rabbits nor slugs can get at them.
