Symbols

There's a lot of symbolism going around here and some of it quite surprisingly edgy. This one is about insignificant noise turning out to be the one pulse you might not have expected to change the world. That one drum beat from a far off land or distant galaxy. Maybe it's just a beat. Or, maybe it's more than that. A tiny noise doesn't mean it's not a bigger thing.

There is a bigger sub-text going on here, too. Maybe I'll write about that tomorrow. At the moment, it seems a bit premature, us having only been here a day.
