Hiding from the rain

It rained today and this rose was hiding from the rain in a sheltered spot in the garden.

I've had a creative day.  I've framed two pictures and painted the frame of another in preparation for another picture.  The paint was meant to crack and show the colour of the paint underneath.  It's not done that but it is still a nice colour. I might have to try again tomorrow.
