Strawberry Jam!

This is the start of the mad jam/jelly making season. Tonight I made the hardest - strawberry jam. I think it has worked ok - have to let Fu be the judge of that. Have learnt the hard way to only make small quantities at a time so still have lots of strawberries to use up. Ice cream tomorrow!

This helps to use up some of the 12lb of strawberries we picked and depleted my sugar mountain to near extinction. (hint hint!)
