Great day at the fair.

What a day it has been, an early start with neighbours arriving at 6 oclock to watch the nail biting semi final against South Africa....whew, we made it...just!
Then it was up to the lakeside reserve to set up the tent for my stall. Neighbour's Sarah and Stuart came to help, but it was not all plain sailing when we realised we had left the bag with the roof in it back at the house. Ian zapped home and we finally got it all up and setting up as people started to arrive. After the rain yesterday, today was SUMMER, it just got hotter and hotter, with temperatures up to the mid 20's.

But it was a highly successful day, sold a number of large prints, cards, books but the greatest success was the calendars I had made through Vistaprint.....thanks to hilarysviews for her tip on this that made me have a go.

This image is the view from our tent, looking down to the lake, and the extra is a look of part of the tent after we set up. Very tired but satisfied tonight.
