Art in the Park

Lovely day out today with Beth and Owen. We went to Pontypool Park where there was an environmental art project which we joined in with. Then walked up to the Shell Grotto and Folly on the hill, of which it is writ:

"Here where the hill holds heaven in her hands,
High above Monmouthshire the grey tower stands,
He is weather-worn and scarred, and very wise,
For rainbows, clouds and stars shine through his eyes."

Back home OB has been slow-cooking quinces and working on the garden room. But it will be dark early tonight now that the clocks have gone back.
