Water Stilts?

Was at the newly opened Lagoona Beach resort in Budaiya which is just about 10 mins from home.  They have fun activities including water stilts, guessing that's what it's called since it's my first time seeing it. Also jet skis, a play area for kids, private beach etc. More amenities to be added soon eg. restaurant. The rooms are impressive as well. Great to have a resort close by so we don't always have to drive to Seef or Zallaq.
