Make life worth living

This photo is by Nick Hedges who shot it in the Gorbals in Glasgow in 1970 for Shelter. I came across this outdoor exhitibition by chance in St Andrew Square, and was particulary struck by this picture. Maybe some things have got better since it was taken.
