Inspire was the title given to a conference promoting Employee Ownership as a solution to the Succession 'Time Bomb' facing many family businesses in the next few years.

The closing Q & A session panel consisted of principals of successful Employee Owned businesses including Sir Charlie Mayfield, chairman, The John Lewis Partnership.

The venue was RBS corporate H Q at Gogarburn, Edinburgh.
