Could the future of our pools be being discussed

On a freezing winters day...I think YES....
Suits ....inclement weather ...and the mayor....not a good combination.......
At a recent local meeting ,we were informed that after spending one point something million on the pools,they were loosing 150 dollars a year on our pool.....One thing they neglected to do was HEAT it.....solar. an extra 50 dollars
then we would use it...
As it is ....it's so bloody freezing.....
After 7 years it would pay for itself.....and we would use it.....
or
we could turn the bath houses into steam baths and turn it into the tourist attraction it once was
suits or not .....it's a beautiful pool.....and locals and tourists would enjoy it.....
