Sometimes the papers and bills pre-cooked in Den Haag's towers / ministeries demand a transvers look

quite an apt blip even, as after placing it today I went this eve to a discussion about job-displacement as many jobs are ended and the works still must be done... now done by volunteers who get not payed for their time and input! Many are urged to work as volunteer and the present Counsillor for Social Affairs of Den Haag stated we need to accept this as defacto compli that there is unvoluntarily volunteers work!
