Sourdough

...we eat well at Mancation.

Patch was up baking bread from scratch as the rest of us nursed coffee and juice. I had a great night last night, and blissfully played the Djembe on the beach for a while, entertaining the other guys. It was great to let loose!

When the bread was ready, the rest of the breakfast included bacon, mushrooms, avocado, asparagus and salad. And lots more coffee from the espresso machine, of course. As I said, we eat well at Mancation.

We lounged around a lot for the rest of the day, playing guitar, table tennis and chatting. A trip to the pub occurred before it was time to head back to the house to get the roast pork ready for dinner.
