Packing up

A mixed day with sun and cloud and strong winds, although not too cold.

We went for a walk on the Prom this morning to blow the cobwebs away, light fleece for me but Al shorts and shirts still!   Since the clocks went back the change in temperatures is noticeable at night.

This Beach Bar is closing up for the winter, putting all the pallets away, which had been formed into tables and chairs over the summer, with sunbeds and of course the small bar.   A lovely location for a cooling drink - not so now.

I myself, this afternoon, have been swapping over some of the summer clothes, although not quite all yet as we will still have some lovely days.   It is a difficult time of year, not too cold for winter clothes but not hot enough for summer things!
