Things Are Not Always As They Appear .

Today the weather has been grey and wet. What to do ? Go out to a decent spot. Try wonderful hot drinks . Then have a picnic in the car .This proved fun and was followed by coffee and cake in a delightful cafe .I indulged in a huge piece of Victoria Sponge. Light as air. The shops in Rawtenstall are rather individualistic. Huge chain stores do not abound in the high street. The collage which has to be my Halloween offering is made up of two different shops. Left )The large window provides no clue as to the nature of business conducted within. Right) The door of shop number two is very amusing considering what sort of shop it is .Their large window was a give away of the nature of trade ,but beautifully spooky .If you are from this area chances are you'll know . If not have a guess .As with other things I'll say as soon as some one gets it right . If not the answer will be posted at 11pm GB time this evening .

Mambo got half correct, Optometrist .well done Mambo. What fooled all The Right side of the collage was the door of a Bakery .Their window had lovely items and many festive things .Clearly a bakery .No way would one have known the Optometrist was such save for reading the sign above the window .Hence the blip title .. Some great guesses re that door .
