Kinver Edge and the Rock Houses

Another National Trust visit, only this time a bit more convenient as it was on our way to my Dad's in Worcester. Fascinating place: houses built into a sandstone rock face many many moons ago. Surprisingly warm and dry and even felt cosy. People still lived in them up until the 60's.
Sadly the weather turned against us as the heavens opened meaning we had to give the walk around the surrounding woodlands a miss. Maybe on another (better) day.

Dad & Ali took us out for a pub dinner, in which my Dad & I had a rump steak cooked on a hot stone on the table......best steak ever! And we played Uno too. What more do you want!
