Breakfast binge: day 4 quinoa porridge

If I were being strictly raw, this quinoa would be sprouted before using. I'm not fond of it that way though, so I cooked the quinoa instead (i.e last night so it had cooled to a nice fluffiness, and there was no actual cooking involved to assemble this morning). I saved some quinoa for turning into salad for supper, so quite an efficient evening routine.

I made a custardly milk from soaked coconut and apricots, added it to the quinoa and then scattered a diced nectarine on top. Quick & delicous, if I say so myself.
