Aviemore again.....

The dark skies with the rays of sunlight were here again very briefly this morning but they've all faded now and the sky is dark and threatening at the moment...
The light up here has been amazing this year and so far the weather has been very kind to us...

My youngest son stayed up here with us for a few days and seemed to relax and enjoy himself...he still has a few more days off work before returning to his usual 50 hour week over 5 days....he works hard and is also studying part-time for a degree in computing so that he can better himself in the future.....a shining example of someone who is prepared to make sacrifices in order to make a good life for themselves...no benefits...no tax credits...just pure hard work....there are millions out there who could take a leaf out of his book....

We're meeting up with some old friends today who live in Aberdeenshire and I can't remember the last time we met up but it must be over 6 years ago so it should be a great day with lots of catching up to do!
